An Ideal Volunteer

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Dungeon Masters who are eager to engage with neurodivergent teens (ages 14-18) in the Kansas City community. The ideal volunteer possesses excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Dungeons & Dragons mechanics, and a patient, adaptable approach to gameplay. Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to foster a supportive and inclusive environment are most important.

Why Volunteer with NeuroDragons KC?

Volunteering as a Dungeon Master with NeuroDragons KC offers a unique opportunity to contribute to your community. You'll earn community service hours while playing D&D with incredible teens. It's a chance to share your passion for storytelling, empower young minds, and witness firsthand the positive impact of your dedication. Beyond the game, you'll be fostering a safe space for social interaction and creative expression and be welcome into a new family.
